On the Mac client system, browse to the URL for downloading the Horizon Client installer file. The filename format is VMware-Horizon-Client- y.y.y - xxxxxx.dmg, where xxxxxx is the build number and y.y.y is the version number.

Please follow the below instructions to install the VMWare Horizon Client for Mac.

1. 1. Download the VMWare Horizon Client installer For Mac OS 10.12 – 10.15 by clicking here.
      Mac OS versions older than 10.12 are not supported.
   2. Double click on the VMware Horizon Client.dmg file to begin the install.
      
   3. Click “Agree” in the user license agreement window that appears.
      
   4. When the VMWare Horizon Client window appears, drag the “VMWare Horizon Client icon to the Applications folder.
      
   5. The first time you launch the VMWare Horizon Client, you may see a security popup asking if you want to open the file. Click the “Open” button.
      
   6. When you open up VMware Horizon Client click “New Server” or “+”
   7. Type in desktop.sph.harvard.edu and click “Connect”.
   8. After this, it should automatically log you in, if it doesn’t, double click “ICF”
